The fruit and vegetable processing assembly line has the following basic characteristics:

4. Continuity: Parallel movement or parallel sequential movement of the processing objects between each workstation can greatly reduce the downtime waiting time.
5. Proportionality: The production capacity of each process on the vegetable processing line is balanced and proportional, that is, the number of workstations (equipment) in each process is approximately equal to the processing time of each single product in each process.
